Arrow Turbo Rebuild Kit For '82 300D?

Where is a good place online to buy a turbo rebuild kit for my '82 300D? I have heard the ebay kit is not a good one. Thanks in advance...

There is more than one rebuild kit on the eechhBay.

I used 'Ron's Turbo Shop' out of Utah.

You send him your shaft and blades with the new nut and thrust bearing, and he balances it for you after a thorough cleaning / inspection.

It is really the only reasonable way to 'skimp' on a turbo rebuild. If you do not get a new thrust bearing and balancing, the longevity of the new bearings is left to chance.

However, if you open the turbo and the shaft has noticeable wear on it, you are better off with a good, used turbo that has a tight shaft.

This may be the same as above but it is the only one in my Notes.
Who every you buy from be sure they supply you with instructions on how to torque the Shaft Nut. If you read the various so called turbo rebuild threads the torque varies from just tightening the nut to what you feel like to a torque+ X amount of degrees.
