what's a mildly worn 240K 95E300 Diesel worth?

runs fantastic, zero rust I can find. (well, possibly a paint bubble on a door) looks like it had a respray on the back, possibly the entire car. cold A/C, decent back tires, fronts are at the wear bars. no spare, slight tear in the arm rest console.

I'm thinking about getting it, but think I can find a better deal. it'll take a bit of work to make it pristine, the body feels loose, but all the suspension is intact, no worn bushings I can find. it must need shocks.
