I am sorry but I don't see you getting $20,000 for it. It is clean but when was the last time you saw a w123 bring that much? Even a coupe with complete documentation would have a hard time bringing that much. There were just too many w123's built. I would think your car will be worth around $10,000.
As to others i think the repairs made can be a sign of low millage. My 1977 chevy has 32,316 orginal miles but has a diffrent transmission i put in because the automatic died a year after i got it (sat undriven for 8 years prior to me getting it.) My 1956 willys wagon has 28,089 orginal miles and the springs and shocks were completely BLOWN! Sitting can really take its tole on a car. So to those that question the millage it seems very possible to me! I agree clean bundts will add value. If you list it on ebay set the reserve high to help cover listing cost. Good luck
