as far as I can tell, the interior is perfect... only flaw I can find is the driver's seat has a tiny crack in the center...

The 93-300D is gone to crushville... I let the long block go with timing cover and oil pan...

Anybody wanting an SD or w123 sedan... Better come forward quickly...

If you do get rid of the SD's could you grab the hood latches and the doors? My driver side hood latch wont engage and it looks like I will need 4 door skins for my 84 300SD.

I pulled the radiator out of the 190, and the 93-300D, but the 124 radiator will NOT fit in the 201... BOLLOCKS!

I will pull the radiator from my turbo 190, it sure isn't using it...

Ok, there are a LOT of differences between turbo and non turbo... Radiators are similar, but not same...

I worked on the body damage some... Drivers headlight fits in now... I still have to get the frame straight... Bent my pry bar... I may need to drill out the skid bar to get the frame straight... If the fenders line up, I may ignore the bent frame...

I've gotten the hood hinges back straight, and mounted part of the hood...

I took a pic of it in place, but I used my ipad... and it's a pain to upload from...

looks pretty rough at the moment but i'm sure that it will be sweet with the 2.5 and the 5 speed when you get it sorted out. i thought that car had the 2.2. did you have a spare 2.5 to put in it?
