Startek?

I have been subscribed to Startek for many years, was free for cars, tried to renew and it says I can't.

Tried to create a new account, $3098/year.

Is the free Startek gone or am I in the wrong place?

Sounds like you've chosen to buy WIS instead of just getting EPC access

Make sure you're on EPC.startekinfo.com not just regular startekinfo.com

Otherwise, email support. They got back to me pretty quick when I needed help renewing once.

Thanks, renewed but W10 won't run it. I'll figure that out.

Let us know what you figure out. It's always been finicky, dependent on certain versions of Java, but like you said it doesn't seem to want to run at all in windows 10.

Yes you can

Java 10 version 80

Make sure you say Yes and "always allow" for the many requests for permission it will ask you - there are about 6 to go through the first time
