I would like to pull out the fuse box on my w123 so I can tap into one of the circuits. I have removed the cover and the nut on the bottom bolt and it's just a little too big to pull out. Is this possible to do or am I going to force it and break something?

There is a fuse for "sliding roof" which my car doesn't have so I figure I'll use that. If someone knows how to tap into that line somewhere else without removing the fuse box, please let me know.
