Yessss!!!
Ok, I poked through the insulation of Vi and vi/wt with pins and measured the voltages with respect to ground. On vi/wt I get 0v with the key off then 11.26v with the key on start. On vi I get 0v with the key on and o.127v with the key on start. Looks like there is a problem at the NSS. Btw there is still the can of worms about the solenoid drawing a lot of current. I bet if I unhooked the solenoid at the screw terminals in the engine compartment the vi wire would jump up. It looks like it is getting pulled down by a big current load. But then again that could be a bad contact at the NSS adding too much resistance. Either in the connector or internally in the NSS. We will find out soon.
