That looks like it can be fixed, and probably for not a whole lot. You may end up with a salvage title if you don't play it exactly right with the Insco, but it you plan to be buried in the car...

I was thinking it would be my last car but now it can't be and I can't really fix it myself just don't have the facilities, expertise or resources to do so. =(
