Ran two cans of diesel purge through the 300D just now. Made a mason jar purge container with a kerosene lantern funnel so I can keep it topped off with purge. The purge turned an ugly shade of amber/black.

And now the alt stopped charging. Supposedly a new alt.

Does the Dual radio work well with your bluetooth phone? I have a "Blaupunkt" Madrid, which seems to use the same Chinese electronics. It totally screws up my Iphone. I have to turn off bluetooth whenever I'm in the car.

It works great. Intercepts calls clearly and pulls up recent calls. I play the Slacker music app from my iPhone and its clear. Controls from the radio but doesn’t display whats playing.

Are you using it with an Iphone? The problem with the Blaupunkt is that

a) It doesn't play with Siri.
b) It quashes voice prompts for navigation.

Which pretty much makes it useless, even though all the other functions work.

Yes. I dont use siri but google nav works perfectly.

Looks good. Everything I wished mine was. Mine is in poor condition sadly. Unfortunately I have to sell mine, but I'll hopefully find another w124 diesel in the future in smoke silver/maroon interioe
