Just a follow up. My triple K turbo used a six point nut for the compressor wheel and it was regular thread too!
The turbo kit and help from

was great. ( Kit did include nuts for both directions! )
Would I do it again? I say no. Why? I added up the time - just in cleaning alone! The average 600 bucks ( give or take ) for one already done is worth it!
I really see why people - pros -use a soda blaster, ultra sonic cleaner and more to truly get everything clean, the right way! I turned one hand into hamburger working with wire wheels, brushes, chemicals. Tons of break cleaner spray. Dirt dirt dirt rust rust rust everywhere. I thought it would never end!
Plus - the best I could do with my compressor wheel was get it about 45 degrees off from where it was stock. As you tighten the nut the wheel "walks" on the shaft. I tried it 10X compensating to anticipate the movement. Best I can do and don't want to break the damn thing!
Even if I do get it by eye right on I still can't balance it as on a machine where its confirmed 100%.
I did it, full power test drives, it works. BUT next time - just exchange or send in the whole darn thing! IMO.
