box next to cruise amp
I was poking around under the dash today noticed that something was not hooking up. Car as been running great but the cruise doesnt work. the reason i was under the dash in the first place. Anyway I found this gray plastic box not hooked up. I took it out to inspect. It has the becker label on the top and a mb part number on the side. does anyone know what this is. it makes a clicking noise like a turning flasher.
thanks for listening. Cooty |

Where exactly was it?
When I was under my dash trying to find out what was up with the cruise control, I came across a box that wasn't plugged in. It was closer to the driver's seat than the CC amp, and was up by the E-brake release handle, I believe. Turned out to be a factory alarm; I plugged it in and the car started beeping! I closed the door, made sure it was unlocked, and re-opened it, and no beeping. ![]() Hope that might help some...good luck!
