Thanks to the forum for being with us during this engine swap deal. As it turns out we're swapping engines, trannies, driveshafts and differentials.
QUESTION: With a 300 turbo going into a previous 240 slot & its shorter driveshaft as well, which differential would you choose from the following two (remember...it will be a manual tranny) 1. The differential from the totaled 300DT automatic (I know the history of this diff and it was functioning well prior to the accident) 2. The differential from the euro 300 manual parts car (I know that the car sat for one year prior to my dragging it home). My hunch is to go with the differential from the 300 manual as it was already set up for a 4 speed. Don
