service light code
Boys&Girls, I just picked up an 95 E 300D with 68K (looks like new by golly) I plan on doing as much work on the vehicle as poss. What, and how do you reset the service light (flashing wrench) when it decides to come on?

There's nothing like that on your car. FSS came out around 98 or so.

Ahhhhhhh, OK, that explains it.
BMW I know has used a service light system for many years, but MB, in the US anyways, just got into it much later, as I said, about 98 or so. Gilly
