I Finally Did It! Yay

today i installed a new shutoff valve. i did it without blowing it up. well now i have another problem it doesnt start till i have turned it over several times. i have found the problem to be that the shut off switch is holding its vacuum after i shut it off. (if i dissconect the vacuum line it will start right up. so my guess is that the valve at the ignition switch is not letting the vacuum go when i shut it off. does this sound like that valve is the problem? but atleast it starts and shuts off. right? i would like to find out if that is the problem because i will be ordering another batch of parts soon and would like to order that too. any ifo would be appreciated.
