The E430 will be available with the All-Wheel-Drive 4-Matic system for 2000. That's pretty cool! Anybody going to consider and trade-up? Who needs a bloated S.U.V. with a tendacy to turn-over?

Well, E430 has 4matic after the V8 was updated(E420 to E430), however, I wouldn't expect it to be available in North America, at least not in Canada. Otherwise, it would have been imported in 1999.

Hey AKRY, I have in my hand the 2000 E-Class brochure which I picked up at my dealer last week. The W210 will be available with 4-Matic in the E320 and E430 sedans and the E320 wagon. The USA brochure states "E430 4MATIC SEDAN. The first ever all-wheel- drive V-8 car from Mercedes-Benz." No SUV for me I prefer high performance sedans.

Hm, E430 4Matic will be a very good combo against Audi A6. Can't wait to see one. Maybe I would check back with dealer again. I agree SUVs just ain't as comfort as sedans. But still, they have their own advantages.

Guess Canadian MB dealers' working effeciency is not as good. To me, I think most of the sales representatives are not "professional" enough to sale MBs.

P.S. I asked them, what's differences between 1992-1993 W140 and 1995+ W140, guess what answer I got?? There is NO difference?? Hm...hello, anyone can see that the head/tail lights are different.........
