C32 AMG - too many!
I read a report that Mercedes AMG will build 3500 C32 units for 2002 Model Year. Anyone know how many are coming to the U.S.? Previous AMG models were limited to about 500 per year. I hoped the corporate suits at MBZ don't get over zealous and greedy and flood the U.S. market with too many AMG models. That will ruin the specialness of the AMG cars. AMG cars are not for the masses and only for true die-hard fanatics like myself. As soon as I sell my E430 I can buy a E55. Anyone interested:

Hi Kevin- hope you sell the E430 soon, newer models (MB and competitors) have these 2-3 year olds depreciating and devaluating extraordinarily quickly. Further, the economy has affected general demand for luxo cars in the new and used marketplace.
On the plus side- these factors probably also affect the new E55 to a degree and definitely the used E55's as well.... good luck -fad |
