I spoiled myself and purchased real leather seat skins, front and back. It is MB red, with the pebble finish. I know I should have gotten the MB Tex, but real leather with the leather stink was too much for my weak nature ... lol
I love the dye too. I dyed some interior items with a dye from Parasol, Inc., and I was incredibly impressed with the dye. Those pieces are still lasting.
I just got new leather since I figured that I should be able to restore my car 100% in the next 2 years, and that includes all the mods, et cet., and those restorations and upgrades should last another 20 years. By that time, I will be getting close to less driving and more getting ready to meet my maker so to speak.
