Diesel Injector Parts & Injector Tester
Back in 2008, I decided to rebuild the injectors on my Mercedes diesel. These are the parts left over from that job. I decided to purchase extra injector bodies and build up a complete set of new injectors first, and then swap them into the car once they were ready.
So, I have 4 assembled injectors (the ones I removed from the car), and 4 clean injector bodies (no nozzles in them). I also have a variety of springs and shims which are used to set the pop pressure of the injectors. With all these parts (and new nozzles), you should be able to build up a full set of new injectors for your 4, 5, or 6 cylinder diesel. I used Monark nozzles and they were awesome once the initial break-in period was over. And finally, I have the injector tester that I built in this thread: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/general-information/224334-how-build-diesel-injector-pop-tester.html It has been sitting unused for 6˝ years, so I am not sure of it's workingness. It's fairly likely that some internal rubber seal has decomposed, so I would expect that it will need some reconditioning before it can be used. I just have no use for it now (sold my Mercedes) so I would like it to go to someone who will do something with it. Send a PM to make me an offer for some or all of this stuff. I have a courier account with a 50% discount that we can use for shipping. I'm not on this site regularly so give me a couple days to reply to you. Thanks!
