00 ML 320 Stuck trans?

Hey guys i searched and didnt find anything directley related to this.

2000 ML320 102,000 miles.

When you first start the car it run fine, then it will stop shifting. So when you stop nothing happens. Then if you get it to go it stuck in first.

Any sugestions
