I don't have an answer to the question but why would you want to?

I always thought it a nice feature of MB to not have the annoying "look at me" noises when the system is locked and alarmed. I like my 124's alarm even more. Lock the doors and the alarm is on, no lights no noises, unless someone screws with the car.
