windshield panel repair,

hey, i am not sure if ayone else had the same problem , but on my 2000 ml320 the cloth on the panel between the windshield and side window is coming off. I was just wondering how hard is it to take the panel off and how it is done. If anyone knows how to do it please reply. thanks a lot
