Temporarl Lost of Power in ML320 Need Help

Just bought my ML320 2 weeks ago and already i have a problem. ( Car is not under warranty anymore )
First it happend maybe once every 1-2 h, right now ist almost every time when driving.
Here is the problem.
When i stop at the light or slowing down to about 5mp/h engine statrs shaking and feels like is about to turn off.
Then when i am pressing acceleration pedal car is not responding for about 2-4 sec. When i press it all the way
its taking off but very slowly. After that runs perfect.
Feels like there is no power. There is no check engine light on.
Thanks for your help.

MAF bad....it will need drive cycle to relearn too.

Other possibility is traction control, but then light should flash while there's no power.

try it with the maf disconnected, this will likely turn ther light on, but you will know if it is maf related, could also be related to the throttle actuator.
