Can I put OM606.962 from E class to OM606.961 in S class!?

What must change ?

I was found one E class w210 with 300 turbo diesel, what must get from it to put into S class, which engine is for repair.

Using the similar M104 as a basis, at least the oil pan / pickup may be different.
