I was watching a show last night about bigfoot. I don't think their is much truth to it, it looked like a bunch of scared guys in the middle of the woods. OMG a rock moved fire! bang bang ect.

But I know their are a few member here that live in less populated areas and spend some time in the woods. Anyone put any stock in these legends?

I would think if they are real someone would have shot one or hit one with a car by now.

For the most part I would say no. However, there was a Russian man who claimed to be a "half-breed", and his bones were studied. I don't know the results, but if you saw the same show I did it went on to show how a Russian scientist involved in the study of the bones of the alleged half-breed was now living with a woman in Apalachia who claimed to have generational contact with a "tribe" of Big"feet"... Who knows.

I know a couple very rational Alaskan guides that swear on their kids they have seen bigfoot, more than once.

On one hand it sounds crazy but on the other their are a lot of unknown things out their. I just have a hard time beleiving that someone hasn't shot one yet. Come on bag one of those and you will make tons of money, not to mention the fame.

We lived in Meecham, OR for some time, which is one of the hot spots for Bigfoot - spent a lot of time in the woods, never seen it (or believed in it).
Lot's of people swore by the ledgend But then DB Cooper is still alive and well also
