Yea theyve been quite good to me. First time they sent the a part missing some pieces, I called they said np and sent the right part. Second time a part was sent but b/c of a minor change that occurred on their end the wrong part was sent. Np exchanged no questions. However, I sent them a part which they didnt inventory when it got there and then claimed I didnt send it. Kinda pissed me off as a matter of principal to claim they didnt get it but have no method of intake. However it only cost me the 10% discount as he credited me for it anyway but wouldnt give me the discount.

Overall pretty good. I trust them far more than most especially since Ive bought many items without a hitch. On occasion I get some snippy guy with no patience. But most of the time their pretty helpful. Also you actually get to talk to somebody. Its not some mass company where your order is churned out.

I cant complain.
