Come on guys...you find no humor in the pictures of Peanut? "No animals were harmed in the making"

I'd like to install a roll of packing tape on you; but, it sure as hell wouldn't be on your ears.

Leave-that-dog-alone.

Peanut is kind of funny. He wagged his tail through the whole experience, so he must have liked it. lol

LaughingGravy 10-25-2006 06:11 PM

Not to worry....we certainly find humor in it.

Did it feel better for you when he wagged his tail?

Napa's real nice place to visit. If you like wine you should visit it in the early fall when you get your SL600. Top down drivin' heaven.

Next time get a Pinot Noir from Williamette Valley Oregon. Any bottle over 40 bucks will do. It's freaking delicious, I sip that with dinner all the time but only one glass since I don't want to get drunk.

Offtopic...friend sent me this and said it describes me to a T

Showing your oenophile ignorance as well. Read a little Wine Spectator and get back to us on Pinot Noirs being rated according to price.

Price is just a number in my mind. I feel a lot better drinking a 60 dollar bottle of wine as opposed to 12. Contrary to your belief, I actually do subscribe to Wine Spectator. I also have temp controlled wine cabinet which has some 1999 Alexander and Napa Valley Silver Oak. I also have a nice bottle of Opus One.

:)

Hatterasguy 10-25-2006 10:25 PM

See I'm lucky in that regard. I know very little about wine, but I know someone who knows a lot. So he clues me in!:D

Expensive doesn't mean its good either. I remember back in HS my friend and I drank a bottle from his dads stock, we later found out it was a $3k bottle.:D Don't remember being that good but at the time ehh you know.

Hey Kamil,
Next time you want to tape something's ears, come to BHF and tape these (I'll even supply the tape!):

I'd bet ol' Plato would even wag his tail too.

Contrary to your assertion, I don't believe you. If you read the mag and followed its suggestions, you wouldn't brag about having a $90 bottle of Mondavi in your mini fridge.

ROFLMAO!

I have an $8 big bottle of Conch y Toro that I like. I'd pour that sucker into a carafe and sell it for $25. Probably 90% of the Rutgers student body would buy it at $25 but wouldn't touch it at $6.00.

What I know about wine is I buy what I like. I will say that I tried a glass or two of good wine that my uncle, who loved wine and could afford it, gave me on my infrequent visits. He'd buy a case at a time of good wine and stick it in his special wine closet. Had a huge collection after half a century of selecting good wines. That ***** was good, yeah!

If I could afford really good wine I'd buy a bottle occasionally. Funny, I'll buy a $50 bottle of scotch and not mind it but damned if I'll pay $20 for wine!
