Becks has a very, very gifted right leg, and also has a great fighting spirit. He never reached the level of the really outstanding players like Zidane, Platini, Beckenbauer, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Van Basten, etc. At 31, his joining LA Galaxy looks more to do with a new future in glamourland, than revamping his career as a professional footballer, ...err soccer player.
