I'm gonna end my "contribution"to this thread with this thought....I don't give a damn who you are,what your antecedents are of what nonsense,political or religious you subscribe to,it's results that matter.

If you can do the work and do it well,demonstrating not only competence but independent thinking and creativity when faced with a dilemma,you're hired,end of statement.
