MS Computer question, Favorites list transfer

Can I some how copy my favorites (web sites) list to another computer or save it to a USB drive and then copy it to another computer?

Thanks,

Mike

The favorites used to be kept in a folder, and the individual files could be moved to where you wanted them (ie to a floppy, from there to another machine; or transferred to another machine via a network connection)
Haven't tried that yet with XP

Microsoft also has a transfer wizard, I think it is included with XP.

I can locate it if you need it.

No. Everyone seems to say that it is worse than drinking poison. I dislike Windows so much if I was just a little less lazy I would switch to a Mac and be done with it. But I am using a work provided D520 Latitude and it seems to work fine so being a creature of habit I am just thinking of getting the same thing since I will be losing this one soon.

You so smart. Done and done! Well, copied to the USB drive, I don't have the new machine yet! Still puzzling on what to get.

Simple

File
Import - Export
Export favorites
Select the top level folder (favorites)
Save as ...

copy to USB drive, or whatever

Import on the other computer.

This is also good for general backup purposes.
