What have YOU done for what you believe in?

I have met Cindy, spent some time in Crawford, and I not am suprised she has held out this long. However, she is not what the media plays her out to be. She had a simple question for GW regarding the loss of her son. Any of you would feel the same should you have such a loss. (I would hope)

I see many of you (more like all) of you guys and gals merrily typing out your opinions of things these days. Little to no action...

Perhaps I am misinformed, perhaps you are... who knows. I went to go see for myself. I was appalled at what I heard from the media afterwards.

So, she should be exonerated from criticism? I can understand her pain of losing a child, but she has readily put herself in the public eye and is fair game as Cheney's lesbian daughter. Only difference is Mary Cheney isn't/hasn't been exploited by the media like Cindy has.

Did you know her BEFORE she got in the limelight? Has she allways been the same person? You claim to know her "personally".

I disagreed with the majority of her pronouncements.

But I agree with you, and give her kudos, that at least she took a stand.

It is sad how the left played her, used her and then eventually turned on her.

Recap. Casey Sheehan enlisted in the Armed Forces of his own free will. He was made ready and aware of what may happen to him in this career move. Whether it was Bush, Clinton, Bush SR., Reagan, Carter, Ford, LBJ, JFK, etc. etc. his job would be the same. And good men and women have died serving their country throughout time. And believe it or not, not just this country (USA).

This is just a debate that we can never, bi-partisan, agree on. It is, and will allways be...if the Left likes it, the Right must hate it and vice-versa.
