1. My family (and their being blessed with good health)
2. Financial stability (still working on that one) 3. My own health (again...still working on that as well) 4. Everything in good repair...doesn't have to be new...just not broken. If I had those four in check, I could walk around stepping in rain puddles wearing shoes with holes in them and still whistle a happy tune!
