Hell! some of the most memorable times I had were with older women, alcohol, quaaludes, pot and acid.

When I was your age I could keep it up for hours, and that's what these older chicks appreciated, aside from being treated with a judicious amount of casual incivility, they ate it up.

NOT that I recommend that but there you are.

'course now, what with middle age, cardiac and neurological meds it's a different ballgame but,oh,those memories....guess I'm paying for it now

I like Larry's idea. I've done that before too. I like crackers and cheeses and maybe some pesto sauces.

Don't go to the movies on the first or even second date. Find someplace where you two can talk.

Good luck

Danny
yeah, I have never undersood the desire to go to a movie on a date, unless you absolutly can't stand the person and want to avoid conversation.

Yeah, but Carleton, the majority of us are no where near as elloquent. Throw alcohol, quaaludes, pot and acid into the equation and we look even more the mumbling, bumbling fool to older women than usual

I think that Carleton's point is that you can, as a young man, be a mumbling, bumbling fool in the company of an older woman, as long as you're not wearing pants at the time...

Well I'm way too damn old for 23 year olds, but all this vineyard talk got me thirsty.

Headed over to the local grocery store earlier and picked up one of those 20-somethin' pound glass jugs of Carl Rossi Paisano. They feel like 20 lbs. these days. Best cheap wine I've ever tasted.

Asked the better half when I got back if she wanted to make believe were were in a vineyard. That didn't work, so me, Carlo and the Fender Strat headed to the back of the house for some fun.
