This was coupla weekends ago in Duluth, not like we didn't get any in down south here. The camera is a plain old Minolta SLR with the shutter wide open. Something I can't figure out with a digital.

Kuan:

I was driving thru that crap Friday, Saturday & Sunday...we lost 7 people down this way due to the flash flooding and all...

They're still cleaning up Kellogg (sp?) yet and the RR is putting new, fresh ballast and ties in along the river on the MN. side...

As for the Digital dillema (sp?) - check the camera's webpage and see if you're able to set shutter speed and the "appeture" - usually it's listed as "timing" or some other verbage that's "non-camera-like" - go figure, a computer-geek working with photos and trying to write an instructional manual...

My little unit has various "settings" for appeture and "shutter speed" - I might try the "star-chart" setting to see what I'm able to pick up myself...

Thanks for the thought!

Kuan, most digitals come with a "bulb" function on the aperture setting, same principle as the SLR.
