Bowel infomercial

You have seen these two guys at 4 or 5 in the morning selling this bowel cleansing stuff to clear the walls of the intestines of years of "toxic" buildup. I didn't realize my alimentary (sp?) canal was really Love Canal!
What's your impression. More junk science? Or is this based on medical facts. Glorified laxative? Do the intestine walls pack on 10 or 20 lbs of whatever.
Is there any long term medical benefit to this stuff?
Or is it total BS?

Personally, I woundn't buy anything from a guy with a pencil mustache and slicked back hair. Unless of course it was a used car.

Junk. If the human body was suppose be cleaned out like that then we would have been created with "self-cleaning" buttons.

The goal is to drop 20 lbs. No snacks, more fruit and veggies and a limited amount of meat.

When the knee is back to normal, I want to try Kali (Fillipino Martial Arts) Jun-Fan and get back into Jiu-jitsu. Continue with the yoga as well...

I also hope to do some cross country skiing, if Kuan can get me going.

Good luck to all!

I'm trying to lose 10 pounds before the winter comes. I have lost 2 so far. Changing bad eating habits is not easy. I have purged the kitchen cabinets of all "snicky-snacks" and am increasing my walking. I will post my loss(hopefully) here every week.
Ma'am, you have no uh, ... issues on the attractiveness side that warrants weight loss.

Needed to be pointed out just in case.

Find something that gives you the urge to have a movement...then drink some apple cider that has a little bite to it (not quite hardened). Wait between 10-20 minutes. If you aren't convinced that your bowels are empty, have another big ole glass of that apple cider. You ought to be convinced after that.

There was some story on a doctor in Japan with a weight loss plan that included water, apples, and as much masturbation as the test subject could do

Mistress,

As I am sure you are aware of the fact, that SEX, is the BEST excercise, that a Human Being, (both genders) can partcipitate in!

We are designed for it and it is completely Natural, and GOOD for us too--two!

Please keep in mind that moderation is the key, in all things, except for LIBERTY!

Carry on, everybody!

Got the post 50 mandatory look at my internals last week. Not compelling TV but the results were good.
I hadn't fasted in years, but fasted for a day prior to the experience and was quite surprised at how easy it was. I wasn't even hungry the morning of the second day. Anyone routinely fast here?

You seemingly minimize the potential risks of spontaneous weight gains over a nine month time span . . .

I need to lose about 15-20.

I'm pretty good with the snacks, not so with the junk food. But the beer is killing me! I drank like a fish all summer, and well now that I'm back in school...

Edit:But I'm drinking a Bud light now! So thats a bit better!

Quite the opposite, being hypoglycemic I eat about six times a day. If I get low blood sugar I get really cranky unless I am very busy.

Friday morning weigh-in: 197.5

I still need to lose at least 20 lbs I'm thinking, but some of that may have to be surgically removed.
