That's really nice- how long did it take to do? I understand now why they have tattoo parlors next to bars- drink first so you don't feel anything later.

That's what I want. My arm has 6 Chinese characters... very plain. :)

As much as I admire some tatoos, I realize I am just too fickle to have something so permanent on my body. I don't really consider myself fickle, either. I just don't have much in my life today that I was enamored with when I was in my twenties, including houses, cars, wives, pets, clothes, or anything else I can think of.

Imagine the arms of a serial polygamist. Spouses named X'd-out; spouses name X'd-out, etc. Gives Lyell Lovett's song new meaning.

I knew fellow once who tattooed "peace" on his arm in jail. Unfortunately, he was a poor speller and had to go through the rest of his life explaining why he had tattooed "pace" on himself.

Coulda been worse. He could have spelled it "piece".

I knew "Hooked on Phonex" would come back to bite us in the butt...

"Peas" would have been pretty funny, too. It reminds me of the Gilda Radner skit on SNL where she gives an editorial on "whirled peas."
