Copper River, that's Alaskan, right? I've read that their salmon is top quality. Even the Alaska runs are under some pressure from inland industrial development in Canada.
I've read some serious horror stories about farmed salmon. Farmed carp is a whole nother matter, as they are essentially vegetarians. They harvest all sorts of other fish in order to feed farmed salmon. Some scary stuff.
Do you really like it? Most of it I've had was pretty weak. They have to use dye to make it red or pink.
