For every gay guy engaging in sex in public there are ten straight guys doing the same thing. Straight people just don't have the same sex opportunities in same sex restrooms... dangit!

Seems to me that closeted gay guys, who get married for appearance's sake, would be more likely to go cruise a park or hang out at a bathhouse.

Kuan, I think your numbers may be wrong.

Cruising a park provides a certain level of anonymity that heteros don't need (because hetero sex is widely accepted as the norm, while gay sex is not).

Maybe it is because we are too used to the PC speak that you feel that way. For instance, instead of saying that "Joe has a retarded child", we say "Joe's child is mentally challenged". IMO, it is denial. The guy is in denial about his sexual preferences. He might be bi or gay and married but not admitting it to his wife. So, like an alcoholic who is going clean in appearance, he would stay with the wife but get the action he is longing for on the side. However, to be PC, we say "He is confused" instead of saying "He is in denial about his sexual desires".
