Jesus christ, you work and go to college and can afford this stuff? 3000 dollar Mac and 2 24" monitors?

I asked for a 22" widescreen monitor for Christmas, should be sweet. My humongous 21" Compaq CRT started to die. Seems to like to make everything look green, and the screeen would shift on me. Now I've got a puny 15" Dell LCD that was lying around!

Think my pops said he narrowed it down to a Dell or a Samsung monitor, which are the same AFAIK.

As the schoolyear winds down to a close, I brought the Big Mac Pro home for summer storage.....

Anyways, I replaced my Big MacBook Pro with the Black MacBook...

This thing is pretty cool. It shows all the oils from my skin, and dirt, but other than that, its pretty cool....

One more question.... How do I take a screenshot?

Command+Shift+3 to capture the entire screen(s).
Command+Shift+4 to select what to capture with the mouse.

It's not SIZE, but how you USE what you've got, Don.

I'm pretty fond of the Apple Cinema displays. I can afford to be, though. I don't have the loot to buy any of them right now . . . .

This is just what you need to dash off some predictive, fully integrated 3D nuclear weapons calculations. Or maybe to answer those nagging plutonium aging questions that keep you up nights.

I have no clue as to what that means, other than its fast! I'd probably just spill a soda on it and break it though.

Why do we need nuclear weapons calculations? We drop they go bang, there I just solved the problem I want a cookie.

I'm past due for a new computer. My HD is about to take a dump on me.
Its been having a tough time finding the OS lately without a little 'physical' pursuasion. Fortunately, there's nothing mission critical on this machine.

Better really. Apple's displays are very expensive, outdated technology and have no features.

It's old technology in a pretty case.

I love my two Samsung 24s. My Roommate has an Apple Cinema Display, and my two Samsungs look alot brighter and clearer than his Apple Display...

Granted the screen itself looks cool, but my Samsungs have a far better picture.

Yeah I was wondering that too.....where exactly does a college student come up with 4k for a computer system!?!?!

Let alone a SL600....and G500.....insanity.
