Crab stuffed mushroom caps

Main Course:
Serloin Tip
Mashers w/gravy
Green Beans
Garden Salad
Dinner Rolls

Dessert:
Chocolate Pie
Coconut Cream Pie
Turtle Cheesecake
7 layer Jello

Red Wine, Sam Adams variety pack, water, various sodas, milk, egg nog, etc....

I think it'll feed 7...

Christmas dinner for a man @ work:

Salami on Ciabatta.
Brie Cheese on Ciabatta.
Hot Chili Peppers on the side.
Maybe a can of chilled pineapple chunks for desert.

Nothing radical this year, we did spiral sliced ham (from a local smokehouse), potatoes au gratin w/shrooms, baked multi-beans, macaroni & cheese (all homemade) and my FIL brought up a big ol' bowl of shrimp and his special cocktail sauce (HEAVY on the horseradish-perfect!). Thanks to a couple of keggies, we had copious amounts of Ten Penny Ale to help deal with all of the kiddies!

Then we loaded up and headed over to my brother's house for dessert featuring his creme brulee with and Kahlua spiked whipped cream. And about 4 cups of coffee w/Jameson's thanks to my FIL being designated driver.

One helluva gastronomical day!
