If you have a lawyer friend, have him/her type something up on their letterhead and mail it to your ex via certified mail. That will send a definite message.

Last time I got a call, I told the person on the phone, after politely asking to speak to the ex, "I think I'm just going to get a restraining order." This voice of course said "who's that?," when I asked to speak to my ex, but I know it's her friends because they've said things and know things that only she knows. Anyways, the person didn't say anything and I just hung up the phone. I think the thread alone is enough to make them stop.
