I suppose if they can pass laws regarding where you can and can’t smoke. They can regulate where you can and can’t eat as well.
Not sure how they will set the lines though. Smoking – You either are, or you’re not.

So with all the laws coming to save us from ourselves from things like second hand smoke, smoking, transfats, eating too much, etc... What do you do when
a study like this comes along and shows that there is a thing that many people do that increases the risk of heart attack in people 326%; if you've already got heart issues the risk doubles. Should we outlaw this because it puts a strain on the health care system?
