Attn Hatterasguy: Volkswagon brakes

I gotta do some pads and rotors on the rear of a '99 Beetle tomorrow. Does anyone know if there are any special tools needed to complete this job? I'm assuming it's pretty straightforward. Also, does anyone know the steps to adjust the emergency brake? Thanks in advance!

Parking brake is adjusted in the rear of the console, it won't need to be adjusted after you replace the rear pads. You will need the disc brake kit from Harbor Freight. You need the tool to turn the rear piston as you press it back in. Try www.vwvortex.com www.newbeetle.com
