Yeah thats pretty accurite.
Now how do I say this and not get called a racist, because I have seen this time and time again and am just wondering... Whats the thing with chrome wheels, usualy very large...that certain groups seem to love. I simply don't understand it. I see it in New Haven all the time, just wondering.
