Who does a Christian owe their faith to, God or their reverend? How do you reconcile the things that have been said by both of the pastors with the basic tenets of Christianity? Is it Christian to openly mock people? Is that showing charity? Is that turning the other cheek? Turning swords into ploughshares and all that good stuff?

I think it is just as easy to make the argument that Obama chose his faith when his reverend seemed to forget about it.

Again, I don't think Obama would make a good president. But this is just the sort of garbage that clouds a political campaign and takes people's eyes off the issues.
