What he did last night was amazing, but his making it back is even moreso.

He was the first pick several years ago and got a 3.9 million dollar signing bonus ot of high school.

I remember reading an article about him when he had his troubles, hoping he could get right.

He's got 21 HR, which puts him 2 behind the League leader. He's got 95 RBI, which is 25 more than the next best in the AL. His batting average is in the top 10 in the League. That's not bad for someone just getting started in the Majors.

That's a years production in half a year. 95 RBIs. Amazin.
Being an NL guy from the NE (Yankees, Mets & Phillies) I don't get to see the midwest and west coast players too much. and I long ago gave up trying to follow all the teams. It was lot easier when there were only 16 teams in the major leagues, and all the players were OLDER than me!!!

Did you know that Cape May, New Jersey is south of Cross Junction, Virginia?

And that Cumberland Gap, Virginia is west of Detroit, Michigan?
