You spend your time doing things that give you joy too, don't you?

Wow.

Sure I do.

Lowering myself to someone else’s level for the simple pleasure of knowing I did to them what they did to me, is not one of them. If that’s how you like living, fine.

I’ve been screwed a few times, sure. But I’m more inclined to walk away from them (and again, if we ever cross) than to lower myself to plotting revenge. I’d rather put that energy into being happy with my own life, without bringing them back into it again. It’s called “moving on”.

I’ve been around long enough to see how simple Karma can wreck havoc on those who have done me or those I care for, far worse than I could ever plot.

Have a nice life, dude.

Then you understand this is a hobby sort of thing for me and it gives me pleasure.

I usually try to "one down" them. I don't like to get even because even is all you get. I don't want to take your eye for you taking my eye. I take both your eyes for you taking my eye and would break both your legs if opportunity presented itself.

Turning the other cheek hasn't worked for me. Sometimes, someone sees it as an opportunity to sneak another free one in. Much better to set an example. On top of that, there is the fun. Take my neighbor. Sure, it was a bother to get up at 0700 every day. However, to see him pissed when I did something that he didn't like but could do nothing about, well, it more than makes up for the inconvenience. I guess it is all a question of what it is worth to someone.

I guess I don't believe in Karma so maybe it won't work for me.

I do. Thanx.

Hey, don't knock it. It was pure pleasure to see him cringe. Even more to see him hurt when I turned on the lights so he doesn't fall. He grabbed his head and collapsed into a crying ball when I did that. Sex couldn't have been that good. Of course I did help him look for his lost glasses (which I disposed of). Hell, thinking about it even gives me goose bumps

Well…I guess I’ll just go on through life knowing that I’m happy to not live anywhere near Madison Wisconsin. Not because you live there though. I’m quite certain that regardless, you personally will never be given the opportunity to take my eyes, much less break both of my legs. Something you should be equally pleased in knowing, BTW.:D

But, because I’m feeling like there must have been some sort of chemical spill or radiation leak near by. :D

I’m certain that you will get some pleasure (certainly a chuckle) in my telling you that you are one sick dude. That you need help. But rest assured, Aklim. This will be the last bit of pleasure you will derive from me.

I bid you a final - Good day sir.

Story? I'm always interested in people who make such wholesale career changes. I'd like to be one of those people.

I'm confused. Why would I want to harm you? I don't recall you having done anything to me and I don't recall losing my memory. OTOH, if I have lost my memory, how would I know it?

Not that I am aware of.

I guess I will have to tell you that you are wrong again.

I don't have the money to waste trying to play games with the mindfawks. It was free the last time so I could do it. Now I have to pay for their "therapy" so probably not now, not ever. Never, that's when I will get "help" from them.

Then you have cheated me of some pleasure since I haven't gotten any from you yet. Assuming you are male, probably won't get any either.

And a good day to you too.

Why? Do you see it as necessary to make those changes? I mean, what do you hope to achieve in doing so? More money, better hours, what? I changed from IT to doing an export business because I was unsure of the market direction and I had an opportunity there. In some ways, it sucks more than IT and in some ways it sucks less. Like I said, what are you after. I would NOT advise a change for change sake. I would advise you change if you have serious issues with the current job.

If they even take a sip or toke or whatever they were addicted to, they are more than likely going back again. Not sure.

Perhaps. But what did YOU do to make her get more pain and suffering?

Some misunderstanding here... I never took any drugs! When I say I "recovered", I mean from the experience of her doing drugs, her arrest, the divorce and that whole experience.

Even coffee makes me nervous... METH... I can't even imagine!

I'm under 21 so I think it would be inappropriate for me to comment, I mean it would be like writing one's memoir(s) at age 20 LOL.

The most difficult thing I ever did was leave the womb.

I see.

It all depends on you. If you have an addictive personality, you will get hooked easier than others. If not, you have to go very far to get hooked. It's not so simple to say that if prescribed Oxycontin for 3 weeks straight, you are going to get hooked.

Did you leave or were you forced out?
