I agree. The Patriot act was instituted by GBW. Many repubs thought it was a good idea, but what happens when another party gets that power? The same with the "Fairness Doctrine". Right now libs want to silence the right on radio, and they might have the power. But what when the Right has that power to silence the Left? What then.
Who gets to decide who's speech is free and whose is is "impaired"?
Either all speech is free or none is. As I have said before, You must insure the freedom of speech that you hate, or there is no freedom of speech for anyone.
