I'm on my second margarita right now.

I used 2 shots of Patrón Reposado Tequila

2 shots of Patrón Citrónage Orange Liquor

MG]

2 shots of fresh squeezed lime juice

all in a shaker filled with crushed ice, shaken for a minute and poured in a salted martini glass. (this makes 3 drinks)

Awesome. We also had a lime tequila ceviche for dinner. I love tequila and lime.

I can't go any further than this. I have to be up at 6:30am to change my toddlers' diapers, brush their teeth and give them breakfast. I can't imagine anything worse than dealing with toddlers while hung over.

I guess I'll only ever deliver a "tipsy" post.

I'll post pictures of a real drink tomarrow night, Highball Hguy style.

My friend calls them date rape specials.

My mixed drinks are about 50/50 mixer to booz.

I am a 100% booze kinda guy.

If it aint 100%, it aint nothing.

I can drink cheap plastic bottled vodka on the rocks...

Yeah I can't do that. I have tried Ketel 1 on the rocks and it just doesn't work. My friend will come over sit down and pour himself a very tall glass of vodka and proced to drink it. I just can't do that.

I can almost do whiskey and rum on the rocks.

When I want to go from zero to drunk in 4 seconds I down two or three Long Island ice tea's, if made right they are mostly booz.

I can do whiskey and rum on the rocks... Thats easy compared to Vodka.

Yeah, I pretty much just drink vodka straight. People look at me like I am nuts at partys.

It takes more than 4 long island iced teas to bring me down.

You are a taste bud abuser ... repent!!

Once you go Vox, Belvedere or Grey Goose, you won't be able to drink that rubbing alcohol anymore.

There are even better vodkas out there but I'm not made of money.

EDIT: Ciroc is another good one that I can drink straight up. I like it in a martini glass that's been wet with vermouth or with a bit of olive juice too.

All vodka is flavorless to me.

I enjoy good tasting foods.

If I am being casual, its Jack on the rocks. I like the flavor, and its fairly smooth.

Vodka is only flavorless to me if it's mixed with something else. I can taste it when it's straight. Anything less than Absolut tastes bitter to me. Anything better than Absolut tastes pretty good and has cool differences.
