p.s., Why isn't peas pronounced "pezz" also why does using "is" for "peas" proper when we were all taught to use "are" for plurals? Sometimes, English makes me crazy!

How about just criminals for short? Whatever you do, don't call them "undocumented workers". Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented worker" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed pharmacist"

I mentioned in a earlier post I was fired from the Auto industry. It was because I was rocking the boat-of a huge--"The largest provider of automotive services" in the world. Who wants their shops FULL of people who did not nessasarilly grow up locally around them , for reasons like cutting pay-and making people work in a pressure cooker atmosphere in intentionally unsafe working conditions. The shop I was working in is the largest reconditioner of Fords in the country- -which means the world-So Hattie probably has not experienced what I have-Not any of you have.

Nothing wrong with them. I mean, at the very least, they are working for their living. Take the girl with 8 kids. I'd rather my daughter or son be a hooker than that.

I was able to make a difference though, The immediate line manager who was targeting me was told she had to go--well she was given an early retirement- because I had to go External to the EEOC in Dallas, and a month later the shop general Manager who was also targeting me was fired- I got him sucked into the jet engine when he and the facility HR manager made a STUPID mistake-During the EEOC's "Investigation". I was marked before these things took place and I only delayed the inevitable by 11 mos or so- corporate HR came in and co-ordinated with the local guy and made up some BS,,, Then 9 mos I hear from an old Co-worker they did the local HR Manager I had slammed so many times in statements to corporate. Perhaps I did bring HIS performance to their attention afterall--I like to think I had some doing in his current situation. I hope he is enjoying the world outside his old cushy job now.
BUt........ Manheim Auto Auctions still has and always will have a surplus of Dirty managers. That recon shop had Hispanic shop assistant supervisors turned into "managers" and the likelihood of white local guys being hired in the future is very slim...... Anyone need a job? Ha Ha.......... I would advise you NOT to consider COX Enterprises-any of its companys.
