I have to say I have been seeing this more and more in society, its everyones fault but mine. Its total BS, drives me nuts.

I noticed it this week in class, we were talking about management. I mentioned that I kind of have my own business, and when you have your own business every problem is your fault. You could be on the other side of the country and one of your subs screws up, well thats your problem, and its on your check book to fix it.

Some people in the class were surprised and said oh its such and such's fault, or your not responsible. They simply fail to grasp that when you are in charge its your problem, its your responsiblity to fix it, or better yet prevent it.

I see this in society at large to, just look at the lawyer labels on everything, its nuts. People just are not taught responsiblity these days. Just look at all the nanny state things in cars these days. My truck will yell at me if I don't buckle up. But WTF I don't always want to buckle up. How does it know I am on public roads and not in a gravel yard?
